About Pat’s Klangviang guesthouse, Chiang Mai
Pat’s Klangviang guesthouse is striving to be a boutique guest house but still manages to be a nice mid-range place. It has 4 double rooms and 4 twin rooms, so it has a somewhat intimate atmosphere. The rooms are furnished with antique Lanna pieces.
Located close to the Chiang Mai Gate on the southern side of the old city, you can literally walk out the door of Pat’s Klangviang into the Saturday street market on Ratchadamnoen Road.
Owner Lasana (Nong) tries to make all guests feel at home and part of the family and is quite happy to help with arranging tours, onward bookings or what ever else you might need to make your stay more comfortable.

Downside of Pat’s Klangviang guesthouse
The quietest rooms don’t have much of a view, if any. Doors close at 10PM, but they’ll still let you in if you get home later. It’s a 20 minute walk from Pat’s Klangviang to the Chiang Mai night bazaar.
